THE BLENHEIM HAS IT ALL

We offer stylishly presented self-catering studio apartments and all en-suite bed and breakfast accommodation inclusive of delicious ample breakfasts. Short-breaks are available all year round. The Blenheim Apartments and B&B accommodation in Dawlish boast a unique elevated seafront position, within easy walking distance of the resorts beautiful three beaches. Originally built as The Blenheim Hotel in the early 1800’s, the building retains many of the original features including, crinoline doors, beautiful staircase and coving and delightful sea-views and balconies. The Blenheim looks forward to welcoming new and regular guests alike!

ALL STUDIO APARTMENTS are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The accommodation is well presented, nicely decorated and colour co-ordinated, with attention to detail and little extra touches. Good weather, or bad, there is always something to see from your window, as most of our apartments benefit from spectacular views of Dawlish and the sea. The Blenheim occupies a prominent seafront position, whilst being situated close to railway station, shops and all amenities. Accommodation is situated on ground, first and second floors.

ALL STUDIO APARTMENTS WITH FREEVIEW T.V. COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI AND DVD

EACH STUDIO APARTMENT is complete with comfortable lounge area, kitchenette, shower and toilet.

EASY CHAIRS, Freeview television and DVD, dining table and chairs, coffee table, bedside lights and electric fire are standard in all accommodation.

KITCHENETTES come fully equipped to include electric oven, automatic kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave.

ATTRACTIVE MODERN SHOWER ROOM has a shower cubicle with a good easy-to-use shower, shaver point, wall heater, toilet and wash-hand basin.

ELECTRICITY is by a one pound meter to include own hot water supply. Iron and ironing board, carpet sweeper and vacuum cleaner are all available for use.

FIRE REGULATIONS The Blenheim has installed an up-to-date fire alarm system/precautions fully complying with the British Standards required for our premises

GROUND FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENTS

THE BLENHEIM has three apartments on the ground floor and although on the ground floor the accommodation does benefit from sea-views owing to the wonderful elevated position of The Blenheim. These apartments are particularly suitable for the less mobile as all have grab rails in toilet and shower areas and for those requiring a wheelchair whilst out, there is a side door for easy access with the chair on to the seafront. We have up-right and reclining chairs for your comfort. The accommodation comprises of two apartments having twin-beds and one a double.

THE BLENHEIM has stairs to all floors that are wide and gently sloping with a good firm banister. All our beds are modern and of good quality and we can offer double-bedded or twin bedded accommodation. All beds are made up ready for your stay and we take great pride in our bed linen, including duvets, and as we are open all year, we provide electric blankets during the colder months.

THE BLENHEIM is double glazed. We provide our guests with keys to own accommodation and main entrance. We have a car-park.. The disabled parking bay is immediately outside the Blenheim and in Marine Parade itself all blue badge holders may park free of charge 24hrs a day!

OUR GUESTS range from honeymooners to the retired, all ages, enjoying Devon hospitality!

A two-bedroomed apartment enjoying wonderful views from the porthole windows of Dawlish and the sea. A comfortable lounge with large screen TV and DVD. A modern shower room and galley kitchen * complete this perfect holiday get-away…all you need is a good pair of legs to get there!! This accommodation may suit two adults and two children or two adults wishing to have their own room within an apartment. *Kitchen inc fridge, microwave, toaster &kettle.(not an oven)

We offer single suites with lovely views of sea and town at single prices! Holiday accommodation for the single guest is very special here at the Blenheim. Our single studio apartment is spacious and colourfully decorated with everything provided for a perfect stay, but at a single price!!
